We are pragmatic mystics, seeking visionaries to help build this dream, the dream of so many.

At the moment, the project is on hold while we form our core group and re-purchase the land from the previous owner. We eagerly seek people with the resources to save this precious wild land from being sold to developers.

We also eagerly seek visionaries, artists and uncanny allies of all sorts, of all levels of involvement, from casual visitors to those seeking an "apolcalyse getaway" to permanent residents. We seek committed, dependable, honest, healthy, fun, straightforward, mature people of all ages. People who are flexible and not prone to ego control needs or to fundamentalism about beliefs (about religion, food, etc). People who can deal with confrontation peacefully and who are committed to personal growth. People who are respectful of the earth and of others and who like to give. We believe that work is love made visible. If you like to dance, and love both live and electronic music, you will probably like us more.

Please note: It will be many months before we will be open to visitors and likely a year or two before we have building permits, so please understand that we are a long time from having a place to live. We do hope to have some yurts and kitchens in the next year, but it's always hard to say how long things will take. We are dealing with a difficult legal situation at the moment.

Since we are forming the core council of 3-7 now, this is the time to get involved if you want to be a founder. At the moment we are focusing on :

1) finishing creating our legal entity and documents, and transferring the land to ownership by this entity

2) site planning (we are seeking permaculture designers, site architects, feng shui experts)

3) research into rezoning and permitting (seeking general contractors and others with experience in permit and zoning issues)

4) infrastructure -- well water, electrical power,septic, internet

5) creation of the community space -- outfitting the dome and creating kitchen and toilet facilities

6) perfection of our community process of decision making, task management, and conflict resolution

7) fire safety and forest restoration

8) further fundraising (we are open to additional co-owners who have money to invest, and also seeking people with experience in grant writing and fundraising).
